1.ミュージシャンによるミュージシャンのためのDjango Reinhardt Festivalとする。

演奏しやすい音響設営や会場選びに妥協しない。一方、来場者の視座に立ち意思決定を行い、ミュージシャン、運営スタッフ、来場者が三方よしで相互作用すことを目指す。

This is the Django Reinhardt Festival, for musicians, by musicians. On the other hand, we make decisions from the visitor's point of view. Musicians, management, sponsors, visitors interact with each other, aiming for a sustainable festival.

2.お金の流れをクリーン＆オープンに

会計簿を作成し、関係者による開示請求にいつでも応じられるような透明性を確保する。 例として出演料について出演者により差別をするということはなく、黒字分は来年度予算への持ち越しとする。

We make cash flow clean & open. We will create an accounting book and ensure transparency so that we can respond to requests for disclosure at any time. For example,
・Do not discriminate between performers regarding performance fees.
・The surplus will be carried over to the next year's event.

3.スタッフへの業務委託については各種の専門スキルや工数を鑑みた上で事前に双方合意形成の上、謝礼金を支払う。

Regarding outsourcing to staff,
We will pay the staff upon mutual agreement, taking into consideration various specialties, man-hours, and market prices.

4.国内外にとどまらずリレーションシップを築き、Django Reinhardt の音楽の遺産をグローバルに拡充していく

Not only in Japan but also overseas to build relationships
We will carry on the musical legacy of Django Reinhardt
share and respect globally
